At Lifestyle Cig Inc., we offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed or processed. We try to ship all in-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM MST the same day. In some situations, it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become in stock.
We offer various Canada Post, and UPS shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
Proof of Age Required
We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option on every single package, no exceptions. Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign to receive the package.
Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
We can not remove this option, even if you have already been verified to be of age. Every package leaving any of our facilities will require to be age verified, in accordance with Canadian law. Only the person named in the "Shipping" field can pick up the package. Canada Post will NOT release the package to anyone else.
We offer free Canada Post Expedited shipping on all orders in Canada when you purchase a minimum of $80.00. We utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for free shipping in Canada. There is no insurance added to packages shipped for free.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem unreasonable to ship for free. (Examples of this are extremely heavy or large and awkward products, etc.). We will give you the option to pay for shipping on these items.
In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to an issue that we deem to be your error (i.e. wrong address, failure to pick up, underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (including free deliveries), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays). Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.
In situations where additional information regarding your order arise, we reserve the right to additional processing time. We will do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email when necessary. Please ensure your current contact information is accurate during checkout.
Typically, in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM MST will go out the same day.
Canada Post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays. We only ship using Canada Post and UPS. We are unable to use FedEX, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Confirmation of Shipment Details for Item” is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number. You may also find & view all tracking information directly by logging in to "My Account".

Every package shipped by Lifestyle Cig Inc. is insured up to $100.00 on tracked packages only. If your order is larger than $100, and you'd like to add full insurance coverage to your package, you can do so at the checkout page. In the event that Canada Post or UPS lose a package, we will only credit orders up to $100.00 if they do not have full insurance. US and International non-tracked items do not have insurance, and will not be replaced in the event of loss.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not ship to the following countries:
